Flow Yoga Prerecorded Class

An uplifting Yoga & Pilates class to music, with emphasis on transitioning in and out of poses, to create flowing movements that build awareness and warmth. Focus then moves to balance, joint stability, whole body strength and flexibility. Finishing with meditation to balance energy and mood, leaving you feeling positive & relaxed. Options are offered to make movements more comfortable or more challenging.

Yoga Prerecorded Class

A slower and more mindful Hatha based practice. You are guided to focus on sensations that are felt, and to allow these to guide you through the class. Becoming familiar with your body helps develop your awareness, comfort & confidence. Flexibilities warm & prepare the body for a peak sequence which develops over 4 weeks, allowing you to become familiar with the sequence and to develop, and deepen your practice. Finishing with meditation to balance and unwind, both your mind & body.
