Classes 70 minutes
Our focus is on an holistic approach, including breath work to help with childbirth, pelvic floor work for support and recovery. With movements to mobilise joints and increase circulation, strength work to help stabilise around the pelvis & to support your body through labour, as well as restorative poses & meditation to nurture and nourish both body and mind.
Classes sizes are kept small & intimate to help with the group connection and nurturing feel of each class.
