Class plans are individually designed to fit your specific needs, focus and requirements. These can be a blend of our different types of Yoga, Pranayama (breath focus) Meditation & Yoga Nidra.
Classes can be booked as a one off for team building & connection, or in block bookings e.g. once a week for 4 consecutive weeks to encourage balance and focus within the group. Focus can be drawn towards calming & de-stressing, balancing or uplifting and energising, and options are always offered to ensure that all levels and abilities are catered for within our Corporate Yoga classes.
All equipment is provide for up to 24 attendees, as part of our service.
